Jennsons Installations partnered with Trumark Homes to complete all interior flooring and surface finishes for the sales model homes at the Tanterra community. These models were designed to showcase elevated design selections and craftsmanship, requiring a high level of detail and finish quality.
Our scope included the coordination and installation of multiple surface materials, all selected to highlight the overall aesthetic and livability of the homes:
- Tile Flooring and Wall Tile in kitchens, bathrooms, and feature areas
- Carpet in bedrooms and designated living spaces
- Hardwood throughout main living and common areas
- Countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms
- Backsplash in the kitchens
