Jennifer started her professional journey as a registered nurse, learning the importance of attention to detail, reliability, and genuine care for people. Those values carried naturally into her current role as company owner. Jennifer loves being part of a family-owned business and working hands-on in an industry that feels like home.

Brian Dessauer

Vice President

Brian Dessauer grew up immersed in the flooring industry and developed a deep understanding of the craft from an early age. With a background spanning commercial, multifamily, production, custom, and design flooring, he brings broad expertise to every project. Brian now leads Business Development for Jennsons, where he applies his industry knowledge to strengthen partnerships and elevate customer experience. Driven by a commitment to local service, uncompromising quality, and genuine pride in workmanship, he plays a key role in advancing Jennsons’ mission across Colorado. His leadership reflects both his roots in the trade and his passion for the communities Jennsons serves.

David Goodenberger

Director of Business Development

David assists with business development and customer care efforts by working closely with national builders, purchasing teams, and superintendents to support all stages of production. He focuses on building trusted partnerships, understanding the unique needs of each builder, and aligning solutions that drive efficiency and long-term success. With a strong commitment to communication and follow-through, David helps ensure a smooth, consistent experience from initial planning through final delivery.

Eric Dooley

Production Project Manager

With over 14 years of experience as a Project Manager, Eric oversees all aspects of flooring installations from start to finish. Eric’s role is to ensure our customers receive the highest standards of quality, clear and consistent communication, precise execution, and an exceptional overall experience while bringing their vision to life. Eric believes that when we work together as a team toward a shared goal, there are no limits to what we can achieve. 

Patrick Simental

Project Manager

With over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, Patrick is a Colorado native and a licensed Class C General Contractor. Patrick specializes in business development for custom and regional builders, delivering efficient, expert, and personally tailored service to every client. His focus is on building strong relationships, streamlining processes, and ensuring exceptional results from start to finish.

Steven brings over 15 years of experience in the flooring industry, specializing in remodels and working closely with custom home builders. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship, Steven takes pride in helping clients bring their vision to life through durable, well-designed flooring solutions. Steven’s project management and sales expertise help provide a tailored experience to Colorado’s finest custom home builders and homeowners.
